Group Offerings
Reunion Santé provides all the necessary ingredients for our clinical members to offer therapy groups, support groups, and psychoeducational workshops to the general public. As we are not a clinic, these group services are not offered directly by us, but are instead the legal and professional responsibility of the clinician(s) facilitating them. If you are interested to participate in any of the groups listed here, please contact the facilitator directly.
Weekly Group Therapy for those in Recovery
Led by Kat Teller, a member of Reunion Santé, Learn and use the skill of mindfulness to help support your recovery. This is a great opportunity to gather in community, build connection, share & learn from one another and find support as you navigate your recovery journey. Every group begins with a 15-minute guided meditation practice, followed by a group discussion.

Led by two psychologists Dr. Shakib Nasrullah and Dr. Emily Kerner, the Workplace Anxiety group is a safe, confidential space for individuals who experience stress, worry, or fear related to their jobs. Whether you're dealing with work-related pressure, imposter syndrome, or challenges with coworkers or management, this group offers a supportive community to share your experiences, learn coping strategies, and receive encouragement from others going through similar challenges. Together, we will explore tools for managing stress and anxiety, improving work-life balance, creating a lasting self-care routine, and fostering emotional well-being in the workplace. We welcome adults of all ages, from any field of work, and at all stages of career. Individuals currently on a medical leave of absence (i.e., burnout leave) or those considering a leave for mental health reasons are particularly encouraged to join.

Emily Kerner, Ph.D., Psychologist
Dr. Emily Kerner (she/her) is a licensed psychologist, clinical supervisor, and psychological consultant located in the Sud-Ouest borough of Montreal. She holds masters and doctoral degrees in Counselling Psychology from McGill University, is certified as a Clinical Trauma Specialist by the Arizona Trauma Institute, and is a member of L’Ordre des Psychologues du Quebec. Dr. Kerner has been practicing psychotherapy with adolescents and adults for 13+ years and specializes in working with people who have experienced developmental and complex trauma (e.g., childhood sexual abuse, neglect, adult children of alcoholic parents), as well as addictive behaviors, adult ADHD, interpersonal difficulties, depression, anxiety, and workplace stress/burnout. She works from an integrative, trauma-informed approach that combines interpersonal psychotherapy with cognitive-behavioral and humanistic interventions. Dr. Kerner also serves as a psychological consultant to the Disability Programs and Specialized Services team at the Cree Health Board. Dr. Kerner lives in the West Island of Montreal with her husband, daughter, and two-year-old cockapoo, Caramel.

Shakib Nasrullah, PhD., Psychologist
Dr. Shakib Nasrullah (he/him) has worked with individuals, couples and families for over 16 years. He obtained his PhD from McGill University and is an OPQ licensed psychologist for over 5 years.He has international experience working with clients from different cultural, socio-economic, gender and sexually diverse contexts on topics such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and difficulties in couple or family relationships. He has specialized training in working with couples and families. Shakib uses evidenced-based and collaborative approaches, combining elements of Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness approaches, as well as trauma informed, Social Justice, relational, and 2SLGBTQ+ Affirmative therapies.

Martha Chamodraka, Ph.D., Psychologist
Dr. Martha Chamodraka (she/her) obtained her Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology from McGill University in 2009 and is a member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec (OPQ). She has 15 years of experience working as a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and instructor at McGill, and 2 additional years of experience in a hybrid private practice. She specializes in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and grief, while she is also passionate about physician mental health and has a profound understanding of the unique stressors and systemic issues faced by doctors in their learning and work environments. Martha’s therapeutic approach prioritizes and values the development of trusting, authentic, and collaborative relationships with the individuals she works with. She aspires to accompany individuals in their personal journey by creating a safe(r) space to share, unpack, and heal from distressing thoughts, emotions, and difficult lived experiences using evidence-based approaches, such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Kat Teller, Counsellor
Kat Teller is the founder of Kat Teller Health & Wellness Services, a sought after Certified Canadian Addictions Counsellor, Certified Personal and Professional Coach, Group Facilitator, Yoga + Meditation Teacher, and Podcaster. Working globally with individuals, families and groups, Kat has a strong passion for helping others align and thrive from the inside out, using a compassionate and holistic approach to health and wellness.

Juliana Camargo, Integrative Therapist and Workshop Facilitator
Juliana L. Camargo is a certified support therapist offering individual and couples sessions for adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. Based in Montreal, she is accredited by the RITMA Association and has over 10 years of experience in counseling and group facilitation.
Her practice supports clients in navigating mental health challenges, cultural adjustment, emotional regulation, identity exploration, and self-expression. She works from body-oriented, intersectional, and decolonized approaches, drawing on tools such as nonviolent communication, active listening, body psychology, meditation, yoga, and social art to create spaces for personal and collective transformation.
She is currently completing her training in Integrative Body Psychology (expected June 2025) and has recently been accepted into a Certificate in Sexuality Studies at UQAM. Her additional training includes certifications in trauma bodywork, intercultural and gender relations. She holds academic degrees in Business Administration (FAAP – São Paulo) and Psychosocial Intervention (UQAM – Montreal).
Juliana offers insurance receipts through RITMA for clients seeking naturopathic reimbursement. She is committed to creating safe, inclusive, and transformative spaces where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their voices, and live with greater balance and meaning.
