Reunion Santé

Practice, in good company

A professional community where mental health

practitioners grow, connect, and thrive.

What is Reunion Santé?

  • At its core, Reunion Santé is a community.

  • We are a support system and meeting place for independent mental health practitioners.

  • We provide guidance, practical tools, and connection for independent clinicians to grow and sustain their practices.

  • We build our services to connect practitioners, increase their well-being, reduce the risk of burnout, and bring balance back to healthcare.

  • have a functioning or thriving practice, but feel isolated and disconnected from peers

  • struggle to find the time for self-care and wish self-care didn’t mean “alone”

  • enjoy private practice, but want support to navigate the challenges of running your own business

Our Values

Community

No health professional should work in isolation — even when running an independent practice.

Sustainability

We have learned through experience that the combination of professional autonomy and working in the community is the key to a sustainable practice.

Authenticity

Reunion Santé values transparent business practices. We welcome members to engage with us in open dialogue about our business choices, including financial decision-making.

Whole person care

We believe that clinicians are people first and professionals second; clinicians provide better care for their clients when they themselves are cared for.

Equity

Our collective’s structure is non hierarchical; Our co founders are not clinic directors but active participants in the community.
