A professional community where mental health
practitioners grow, connect, and thrive.
Professionals in the mental health field who:
have a functioning or thriving practice, but feel isolated and disconnected from peers
want colleagues to discuss cases with and to connect with other clinicians who understand the unique challenges of working in mental health
are looking to build or start a practice but feel confused and overwhelmed about how to start
struggle to find the time for self-care and wish self-care didn’t mean “alone”
enjoy private practice, but want support to navigate the challenges of running your own business
No health professional should work in isolation — even when running an independent practice.
We have learned through experience that the combination of professional autonomy and working in the community is the key to a sustainable practice.
Reunion Santé values transparent business practices. We welcome members to engage with us in open dialogue about our business choices, including financial decision-making.
We believe that clinicians are people first and professionals second; clinicians provide better care for their clients when they themselves are cared for.
Our collective’s structure is non hierarchical; Our co founders are not clinic directors but active participants in the community.
