Finding your people is like coming home

Welcome to the Reunion Santé community, where relationships are the foundation of health and well-being.

About Our Collective

At Reunion Santé, we understand the unique challenges that health professionals face when running their own private practices. From managing finances to navigating regulatory requirements to creating work-life balance, the complexities can feel overwhelming. That’s where we come in.

Founded by two Montreal-based psychologists, we provide a range of tailored services and resources to support clinicians at every stage of their professional journey. Whether you're a psychotherapist, counsellor, nutritionist, or other allied health professional, we’re here to guide you with practical advice, business tools, professional wisdom, and a supportive network to ensure your practice is successful and sustainable.

In addition to our services for professionals, we also host workshops and groups for the general public on topics related to mental health and well-being. Click here for details!

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to empower you with the tools and knowledge you need to run a practice that is both financially sustainable and aligned with your values as a clinician.

At Reunion Santé, we foster a vibrant, supportive community of health professionals dedicated to building and maintaining sustainable private practices. We believe that by prioritizing the well-being of the practitioner, we can create a healthier, more effective healthcare system for everyone. Our goal is to change the way we think about healthcare by focusing on the practitioners who provide it.

By offering the resources, tools, and collaborative opportunities needed for personal and professional sustainability, we empower clinicians to thrive in their careers, reduce burnout, and achieve long-term success. Through shared knowledge and collective growth, we aim to create a balanced healthcare environment where both practitioners and clients can flourish.

Our Values

Community

No health professional should work in isolation — even when running an independent practice. Our model is grounded in the belief that our well-being is intertwined with the relationships we cultivate, and that being in community is essential to health. Offerings like shared office space, networking lunches, and group-based activities that emphasize connection create the context for building those relationships with like-minded clinicians.

Equity

Our collective’s structure is non-hierarchical; Our co-founders are not clinic directors but active participants in the community. They highly value and welcome member feedback, using it to drive Reunion Santé’s business practices and choices. A deeply held belief in fairness and transparency is the foundation of our business model.

Whole person care

We believe that clinicians are people first and professionals second; clinicians provide better care for their clients when they themselves are cared for. This is why we offer services to optimize clinician wellness. Reunion Santé’s offerings support healthy bodies and minds through community activities, such as yoga classes, monthly support groups, workshops on personal finance, and business mentorship opportunities.

Sustainability

We have learned through experience that the combination of professional autonomy and working in community is the key to a sustainable practice. At Reunion Santé clinicians continue to run their own practice, and we do not profit off their clients, select clients for them, or determine anyone’s schedule. However, our members also benefit from a community rich with professional expertise, wisdom, and experience. Our services and groups offer support in the areas of work-life balance, financial sustainability, and case consultation.

Authenticity

Reunion Santé values transparent business practices. We welcome members to engage with us in open dialogue about our business choices, including financial decision-making. We also encourage open and honest conversations around “taboo” topics for clinicians, like finances, professional fees, and marketing your practice. Our monthly community support group is a unique space made exactly for these very discussions.
